Founder, Joe Patch IV, grew up with a Civil PE for a father. His childhood, growing up in the “Engineering & Construction world that focused on Energy Projects” afforded many opportunities to learn the space firsthand. In college, Joe worked in the field for Bechtel/ Becon and Spartan on various Terminal Upgrade projects on the Houston Ship Channel. After finishing his MBA, he went on to run the operations of his family’s Engineering Company. It was here that he lived the work in all of its many facets daily.
After identifying unique opportunities on various projects, Joe decided to expand his reach to support the growing talent needs of his clients. Joe's experience spans over 20 years working firsthand in renewables/cleantech, utility-scale power projects, engineering & construction throughout the United States; Joe and his team are optimally seasoned and positioned to ensure their client's success.
